ALWAYS represent you in Single Agency.
ALWAYS put the Client's interests first and negotiate for the best price and most favourable terms possible.
ALWAYS disclose to the Client any potential conflicts of interest.
NEVER represent both the Buyer and the Seller in the same transaction.
NEVER ask a Client to waive his/her right to full representation as is done in double agency.
NEVER accept incentives to refer a Client to any specific inspector, lawyer, lender or any other service provider.

Single Agency Policy. I may
represent either a buyer or a seller, but never both in the same transaction.
Before you disclose too much information to any licensee, ask if their
agency has a single agency policy.
